Training program

Training Program

All levels welcome - whether you just want to cross the finish line or speed to a PR.  

Group training runs on Monday and Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. starting Jan 16 at Extra Mile Fitness.


  • Ringing in Spring entry fee (with shirt)
  • RRCA Certified Coaches to lead your training runs
  • Customized run/walk program to help you reach your goals
