Group training runs on Monday and Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. starting Jan 16 at Extra Mile Fitness.
$60 PROGRAM FEE INCLUDES:
- Ringing in Spring entry fee (with shirt)
- RRCA Certified Coaches to lead your training runs
- Customized run/walk program to help you reach your goals
- Complimentary gait analysis
- Tech Shirt for race day (plus the race shirt)
- Weekly training emails
