Training Program

All levels welcome - whether you just want to cross the finish line or speed to a PR.  

Extra Mile Fitness runs a training program leading up to Ringing in Spring.  More information and registration here.  

The program includes:

  • Semi-customized Training Program based on your half marathon and goal time

  • Customized Pace Chart which teaches what pace to run for interval, tempo, easy & long

  • Team Tech Training Shirt

  • Weekly Training emails and Facebook Group which will have tips and guidance throughout program

  • Complimentary Gait Analysis at Extra Mile

  • Extra Mile Preferred Group Discount [$10 Off Shoes, 15% Off Accessories, Apparel and Nutrition (excluding Garmin)]

  • Coaching support during interval and long runs
